Both roll and sheet floors can be laid, but the foundation must be: no sand, no hollowing, no cracking. Good strength, solid and firm; ground humidity requirements: less than 4.5%; error of 2mm within 2 meters; there are no grease, paint, coatings, glue, chemical solutions and colored pigments on the ground. If the above requirements are not met, then self-leveling must still be done.
2. PVC flooring can also be laid directly on the surface of solid wood flooring. Due to the poor stability of solid wood flooring, it is recommended to use white glue and wood powder to repair the floor joints and floor surface. After the PVC flooring is laid, there will be obvious joints on the floor surface. Seam marks.
3. PVC flooring can also be laid directly on the vitrified tile foundation, but after the construction is completed, obvious traces of the vitrified floor joints will be visible on the floor surface. If you mind the marks, you can also use putty to repair the gaps first, polish them smooth and then lay the PVC floor. The effect will be better.
4. Epoxy floors cannot be directly constructed for self-leveling (if self-leveling construction is to be carried out, delamination problems will occur), PVC floors can be constructed directly. Before construction, the floor surface must be roughened and degreased (referring to the surface Greasy ground) before laying the PVC floor.
5. Self-leveling construction cannot be carried out on the surface of the steel plate. It can be directly laid on the PVC floor. Please note that the welds and seams of the steel plate must be repaired with putty and polished flat before the PVC floor can be laid. But the surface of the laid floor is uneven. For those with protruding patterns on the surface of the steel plate, the surface of the steel plate must be repaired and smoothed with putty before laying. Ordinary putty has poor adhesion and cannot be repaired, otherwise it will delaminate and affect the laying quality.
